Welcome to Skiing in Bormio
Bormio has been a famous thermal spring destination since the time of the Ancient Romans, and lies on a historic route through the Alps. In the winter months, the town becomes a gateway to over 50km of pistes, and is within easy reach of Santa Caterina and Valdidentro resorts. Off the mountain, Bormio enthuses a rustic Italian charm with historic cobbled streets lined by cosy pubs and Italian restaurants to enjoy an apres-ski tipple, and, if you have weary muscles after hitting the slopes hard, the ancient thermal baths are a must.
Please note Vision impaired skiers of all levels are welcome to take part in this trip, however there is a limited allocation for beginners, so acceptance will be on a first-come first-served basis. Sighted skiers must be of intermediate to advanced level.
- Explore over 50km of fantastic ski pistes
- Unwind in Bormio's therapeutic thermal baths
- Relax in the cosy comfort of our Alpine hotel
- Enjoy varied skiing, from easy beginners slopes to 1.4km black runs
