Journey under the English Channel by Eurostar railway to Brussels for a long festive weekend in December.
This Flemish capital city is crammed with architectural treasures that are even more wonderful during this jolly period. A romantic medieval core is supplemented by art nouveau streets and a roaring café culture all centred around the gorgeous surroundings of the Grand Place. Our festive activities include two of Belgium’s most famous products, chocolate and beer. Taste both traditional and quirky samplings of these delicious Belgian treats whilst enjoying a walking tour of the city, followed by ample time to browse the wares and gifts available in the Christmas markets as well as the other merry attractions around Brussels.

Friday 8th December
Meet at London St Pancras International Train Station in the mid-morning. Following a welcoming briefing by your tour manager, board a train to Brussels and enjoy the journey through the Channel Tunnel. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and tuck into a welcome dinner as you get to know your fellow travelers.
Those travelling from the UK will take the Eurostar from London St Pancras direct to Brussels, departing at 12:58PM and arriving into Brussels at 4:08PM. We’ll meet at London St Pancras Train Station at 10.30am for our train departure.

Saturday 9th December
Browse the many craft and seasonal stalls at Brussels Christmas Markets this morning.
This afternoon, embark on a walking tour of Brussels. Our introduction to the history and culture of Brussels will be supplemented with the culinary delights that Brussels is famed for. Our tour includes samplings of four local beers alongside cheese and cured meats, as well as tempting chocolate at four chocolatiers.
Breakfast included. Overnight in Brussels.
Sunday 10th December
Begin the day with a guided tour of the Musical Instruments Museum, home to over 4000 weird and wonderful musical devices that you can touch and listen to.
Next, enjoy an included traditional Christmas lunch with your travel companions before more time is provided to explore the Christmas Markets.

Monday 11th December
Enjoy one final morning to relax in the Grand Place.
We will then transfer to Brussels Train Station for the return train journey to London St Pancras International Train Station.
UK travellers will depart Brussels and return to the UK on the 12:52pm Eurostar departure, arriving into London St Pancras at 2:05pm.
